According to the investigation, Mohbad suffered a right forearm injury, and his body had moderate to severe decomposition when it was excavated.

Nevertheless, no notable gruesome discoveries that might have contributed to his demise were made during the autopsy. Diphenhydramine, an antihistamine, was detected positively in the toxicology report, however the quantity was not lethal or fatal.

According to the report’s findings, the cause of death could not be determined, however an anaphylactic shock or medication response could have occurred.
