According to the Hollywood Reporters, Patty Jenkins, the Director of the proposed movie, has revealed that she has been dealing with a series of changes at DC which necessitated the discontinuation of Wonder Woman 3.
Many sources had earlier reported that the DC was abandoning Wonderman3 because DC believes the movie doesn’t fit into its current plans.
Reacting to the report of her walking away, Patty Jenkins said, “I never walked away. I was open to considering anything asked of me. DC is buried in a lot of changes they are having to make, so I understand these decisions are difficult right now,” she said.
In response to questions about the lead character, Gal Gadot, Patty Jenkins said, “She is an incredible character. Living in and around her values makes one a better person every day. I wish her and her legacy an amazing future ahead, with or without me.”
