There was a clash between angry protesters and security agents on Saturday at Apata, Ibadan which took a life of a commercial motorcyclist.
One person reportedly died and two other people were injured and were rushed to the hospital at Dogo area Apata Ibadan.
Some protesters had earlier protested over the scarcity of petrol and the new naira in some parts of the capital city of Oyo state, Ibadan.
Some of the affected areas are Monatan, Iyana Church, Gate, and Iwo road.
It was reported that the clash in Apata led to the death of an Okada rider while two other people were seriously injured.
