He questioned the loyalty and patriotism of these Nigerians who wish for the total downfall of the nation, stating that such acts only serve to undermine the collective drive to make Nigeria a better place.

The comedian, who has always been known to speak his mind, went ahead to draw comparisons with the United States, which has been hit by over 146 mass shootings so far this year.

Despite the challenges of poor economic and diplomatic decisions of the US government, Seyi Law explained that Americans are still fully behind their nation and have never resorted to wishing for its destruction.

In response to Seyi Law’s tweet, one online commentator by handle @Larry_joko added that some Nigerians refuse to see any good in the current government, simply because it’s not the candidate they voted for that’s occupying Aso Rock.

These individuals, therefore, remain ever ready to criticize and condemn any action taken by the government without offering any feasible alternatives themselves.

Seyi Law further explained that he didn’t vote for Buhari but has celebrated some of his good works as well.

The comedian noted that the mentality of wanting everything done their way or no way, is what he could never get, and urged Nigerians to embrace unity and patriotism to move the country forward.

In conclusion, Seyi Law’s tweet is a wake-up call and a reminder that Nigeria is our motherland and the only country we have, hence we should desist from actions that could lead to its destruction.

Instead, let us all work together to promote peace, unity, and progress in this country.
