The Kwara Football Academy U-14 team has emerged the champion in waiting of the 4th edition of YEG U-14 Kiddies league with two round of matches to go.
The team defeated Central boys 7-1in the week 12 encounter played at the weekend while closest challenger Barca Kiddies falters as they drew goalless at Figo Academy. The result set up an eight point gap with just two round of matches to the end of the season.
The Academy boys amassed a total of 30 point in 12 round of matches so far. The team is expected to be crowned champions and will join past winners : King FA, Year 2019, Achiever FA, Year 2020 and KOLLER FA , Year 2021 in the YEG U-14 Hall of Fame of Winners.
The KFA U14 boys recently won the elusive Chief of Naval Staff U14 title last month for Kwara State defeating Adoration boys Academy of Enugu in the Final.
