13 Private Jets, VP, 10 Govs Attend Taraba Gov’s Daughter’s Wedding
Jalingo, Taraba State – The wedding between Keziah Agbu Kefas, daughter of Taraba State Governor, and Bitrus Josiah Agbu, was a grand affair that attracted top dignitaries from across the country. Vice President Kashim Shettima, 10 governors, and at least 13 private jets were in attendance.
The governors present included Ahmadu Fintiri (Adamawa), Caleb Muftwang (Plateau), Bala Mohammed (Bauchi), Godwin Obaseki (Edo), Sim Fubara (Rivers), Dauda Lawal (Zamfara), Umaru Zulum (Borno), Sheriff Oborevwori (Delta), Peter Mbah (Enugu), and Usman Ododo (Kogi).
The dignitaries held a dinner on the eve of the wedding, following the PDP Governors’ Forum meeting. Governor Usman Ododo of Kogi State, who recently won a Supreme Court judgment against SDP’s Mohammed Ajaka, was also in attendance.
The entire city of Jalingo was shut down due to the presence of dignitaries, with all decent hotels fully booked for guests. The Jolly Nyame Stadium, venue of the occasion, was packed with guests and onlookers, making it the grandest occasion in the history of the state.
The wedding was a testament to the political and social significance of the occasion, with top leaders and dignitaries in attendance.
