Luis Rubiales has sensationally resigned as President of the Royal Spanish Football Federation following the kissing scandal.
Luis Rubiales, who kissed a member of Spain’s team winning Women’s World Cup, Jenni hermoso on the lips during a medals ceremony last month, resigned as president of Spain’s soccer federation.
Rubiales will aslo resign from his position as UEFA Vice President.

He said, “I’m going to resign.”
“I spoke to my daughters, I spoke to my father… I cannot continue my work.”
