Tonto Dikeh: Olakunle Churchill And Rosy Meurer Welcome Second Child Amid Controversy

Nollywood star Tonto Dikeh’s ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill, and his wife, Rosy Meurer, have welcomed their second child, a baby girl named Imisioluwa Amelia Oladunni Churchill. The couple announced the news on their respective Instagram pages on Sunday, October 22, 2023 .

Churchill shared a photo of himself holding the newborn’s hand and wrote: “My precious daughter, Imisioluwa Amelia Oladunni Churchill. You are my pride and joy. I love you so much. You are a blessing to our family and the world. You have made me a father again. Thank you for choosing me as your father. You are my angel.”

Meurer also posted a photo of herself cradling the baby and wrote: “My darling daughter, Imisioluwa Amelia Oladunni Churchill. You are my miracle, my sunshine, my everything. You are the best thing that ever happened to me. You have filled my life with happiness and love. You are my gift from God. I am so grateful to be your mother. You are my princess.”

The couple’s first child, a boy named King Andre Omodayo Churchill, was born in February 2022. He is also the son of Tonto Dikeh, who was married to Churchill from 2015 to 2017. The actress had accused Churchill of cheating on her with Meurer, who was his personal assistant at the time. Meurer denied the allegations and claimed that she and Churchill were only friends.

However, in February 2021, Churchill and Meurer confirmed their relationship and revealed that they were married. This sparked a lot of backlash from Dikeh and her fans, who called Meurer a “husband snatcher” and predicted that their union would not last . Dikeh also claimed that she had custody of King Andre and that Churchill had not seen him for over four years.

Despite the controversy, Churchill and Meurer have maintained that they are happy together and that their marriage is based on love and trust. They have also expressed their desire to have more children in the future. With the arrival of their second child, Imisioluwa Amelia Oladunni Churchill, they seem to be proving their critics wrong.
