Hameed Ismail, former captain of Unilorin warriors, has affirmed that Ronaldo is the best-ever player ahead of Messi and others.
Mido Said in an exclusive interview with Pristinegist.com that he did not predict may be Ronaldo or Messi would win the 2022 World Cup, but he preferred Ronaldo to win it. He opined, “He deserves it if he wins it. In fact, it will be compensation for him from the GOD of Soccer”.
He said, “I’m not debating who the GOAT is, but I’m telling you who my GOAT is. If Messi can name Ronaldo alongside himself only as the top-best player in the world, that’s it. At some point, when you have two good things to pick from, you’d consider the better one to pick, and for me, I’d pick Ronaldo, but if there is room for two, I will pick them both”.
He further explains that he rates Ronaldo ahead of any other players. However, he is not the only hardworking player; he is odd regarding hard work— Ronaldo often proves that You can achieve anything with hard work.
He revealed, “As a matter of fact, being a midfielder, I watch more of Messi’s clips than Ronaldo’s clips. I love to watch Messi while playing because I learned one or two things from him. But you see, Ronaldo, I have never seen any player with his zeal; even during his bad moments, he never gives up. I think I know what it takes to be a leader; Ronaldo is very impactful and influencing”.
He advised Messi fans to consider their different ages, teammates, and opponents when comparing the achievements of both Ronaldo and Messi.
He mathematically and theoretically explained that Ronaldo is a student and Messi is a student too; thus: they are both offering five subjects; Messi as a brilliant student, has 95-A, 90-A, 89-A, 65- B, 98-A, while Ronaldo as an intelligent student has 75-A, 82-A, 79-A, 90-A, 85-A.
