Teenager Rapes and Kills Girl in Hotel, Remanded in Prison
A 19-year-old internet fraudster, Isaac Odunayo, has been remanded in prison by a Kwara State Magistrate Court for raping a 17-year-old girl to death in a hotel in Ilorin.
The court heard that Odunayo lured the girl into the hotel and raped her until she bled to death. He was caught by the hotel manager when he tried to escape without paying.
Odunayo confessed to the crime during the police interrogation and said he was a fraudster. The judge, Magistrate Mohammad Dasuki, ordered his remand and adjourned the case to December 12, 2023.
