BREAKING: FCT’s Most Wanted Kidnapper Captured After N20M Bounty!
The notorious kidnapper, Dahiru Adamu, who has been terrorizing Abuja and its environs, has finally met his Waterloo!
The criminal mastermind was nabbed by the brave men and women of the FCT Police Command on Thursday, following a daring raid on two hideouts near Nasarawa State.
This is a huge victory for the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, who had earlier announced a whopping N20 million reward for anyone who could provide information leading to the arrest of Adamu and his accomplice, Abu Ibrahim.
The duo had been on the run for months, after committing several heinous crimes, including kidnapping, murder, and extortion, in the nation’s capital.
The FCT Police spokesperson, SP Josephine Adeh, confirmed the arrest to PRISTINEGIST, and said that Adamu was the leader of the gang that was paraded by the Command on Wednesday.
She said that the police were still on the trail of Ibrahim and other members of the syndicate, and urged the public to cooperate with the security agencies by providing useful tips.
She also warned that the FCT would not tolerate any form of criminality, and that anyone who engages in such acts would face the full wrath of the law.
