NNL Team Appoints Former ABS Coach as Head Coach

In a strategic move aimed at enhancing the team’s performance in the ongoing NNL football season, the management of Ijebu United FC has appointed former ABS coach, Festus Allen as the Head Coach of the club, effective immediately and until the end of the season.

Festus Allen, a widely respected and experienced coach known for his technical prowess and firm stance against indiscipline, is expected to lead Ijebu United to a commendable position on the league table.

However, Coach Allen stated, “I feel honored and privileged to be entrusted with the responsibility of leading one of the best traditional clubs in the country.

He further said, “The players are talented and showing positive response, and together, we will strive to elevate the club to new heights.”

Coach Festus Allen is officially unveiled on Friday, April 5th, 2024, and will be supported by the immediate past interim Head Coach, Michael Soniregun, and Tijani Sherif.
