Amidst the crises rocking the main opposition party in the county, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has refused to bow to the internal wranglings and is rather going all out to ensure victory in the 2023 polls.
There have been series of campaigns all over the country and today, the party has taken the campaign train to Anambra State.
With much fanfare and celebration, the Presidential Candidate of the party, Atiku Abubakar, has arrived in Anambra state together with some party officials and members.
Some of his entourage include Ifeanyi Okowa, vice-presidential candidate of the PDP, Iyorchia Ayu, the Party’s Chairman, and Aminu Tambuwal, director-general of the PDP presidential campaign team.
The mega rally is scheduled to take place at Ekwueme Square, Awka.
