History was made at Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal 2 (MMA2) in Lagos on Saturday as the country’s first-ever airport wedding took place. The ticketing hall was transformed into a romantic backdrop for the union of Alli Olamide Miracle and Agboola Abiodun Qudus.

Dubbed “My Airport Wedding,” the ceremony aimed to celebrate love and showcase MMA2 as a versatile venue. The event was attended by families, friends, and well-wishers, both physically and virtually.

According to Ajoke Yinka-Olawuyi, Head of Corporate Communications at Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited (BASL), the event will leave a lasting impression on Nigeria’s aviation and entertainment industries.

“MMA2 is Nigeria’s first and only privately funded airport, and we are thrilled to pioneer this unique event,” Yinka-Olawuyi said. “It’s a testament to our commitment to innovation and creating memorable experiences.”

The ceremony highlighted Nigeria’s growing prominence in the global aviation sector, blending romance with the dynamic atmosphere of an airport terminal.

With the slogan “More than a terminal,” Bi-Courtney continues to redefine airport experiences, offering more than just travel convenience.

Pristinegist reports that this event sets a new standard for unique weddings and airport experiences in Nigeria.
