ADEWALE Adeyinka, Super Eagles Goalkeeper has confirmed his transfer to Plateau United following the expiration of his contract with Kwara United at the end of the 2023/2024 season.
In a recent statement, ADEWALE expressed his decision to move on from Kwara United, clarifying that there were no disagreements with the club. He explained that the transfer was a strategic move based on the offer from Plateau United.
“I won’t continue with Kwara United this season as the goalkeeper. There was no disagreement between me and Kwara United, but I just have to move to another club as decided by the offer brought by Plateau United,” ADEWALE said.
Despite receiving multiple offers, ADEWALE decided to take the two-year deal with Plateau United. “I have many offers at hand, but I decided to take the 2-year deal from Plateau United,” he added.
His move marks a new chapter in his career as he looks forward to contributing to Plateau United in the upcoming seasons. ADEWALE is expected to bring his experience and skills to bolster the team’s performance, aiming for greater success in the league.
