President Trump Rushed Off Stage After Gunshots At Him in Pennsylvania
President Joe Biden has denounced the violent incident that occurred at a rally for his political opponent, Donald Trump, in Pennsylvania. According to reports, an unidentified individual opened fire while Trump was on stage, prompting Secret Service agents to swiftly intervene and escort him to safety.
The former president was seen taking cover behind the lectern before being rushed off the stage with visible blood on his head and ear. A Secret Service spokesperson confirmed that Trump is safe and an investigation is underway.
In a statement, President Biden expressed relief that Trump was unharmed and called for national unity against violence. “I’m grateful to hear that he’s safe and doing well,” Biden said. “We must unite as one nation to condemn this kind of violence. There’s no place for it in America.”
