Nigerian rapper and activist, Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz has announced to his fans that he underwent knee surgery after sustaining a severe injury while playing football last year
Falz, who took to his Instagram page to share his medical condition with his fans, admitted that the injury has been troubling him for a while and the only option he had was to undergo surgery.
Despite the setback, the music star remained optimistic, sharing a video on his Instagram page showing the surgery procedure.
He thanked his fans, colleagues, celebrities, and lovers for their support and solicited prayers for a speedy recovery.
In the video clip, Falz was seen laying on a bed, surrounded by medical personnel while the procedure was being carried out.
Although it is a minor surgery, it is no news that it requires aftercare and attention to recover.
According to the rapper, the surgery was successful, and he is currently on the road to recovery.
Despite the road to recovery, Falz managed to keep his followers up to date with his progress, often posting pictures to his Insta-story with updates about his state of being.
While sharing the painful video, Falz shared, “Current situation 🤕🤕. It’s a whole journey to being 100% back. Say a prayer for me 🤲🏽.”
