Nedu Wazobia Advises Caution with Choir Ladies

Prominent broadcaster, Nedu Wazobia, recently offered some advice to men, urging them to exercise caution when dealing with ladies in the choir.

Speaking candidly on Naija FM’s ‘Across the Bridge’ show, the outspoken OAP highlighted that some choristers may not possess the godly qualities that they are often assumed to have.

Nedu emphasized that their outward appearance may not always reflect their true character.

He shared a personal experience, recounting a time when he considered proposing to a choir mistress.

However, after uncovering her involvement in immoral activities, he wisely chose not to pursue the relationship any further.

The broadcaster’s remarks further shed light on the significance of not solely relying on appearances and stressed the need to look beyond the surface to genuinely understand a person’s character.

He narrated, “I had thought of engaging the girl. A friend advised me otherwise, revealing her true intentions. He said she was meant for casual relationships only.”

Upon further inquiry, Nedu added, “I argued, stating that the girl was a virgin. My friend responded with disbelief, describing incidents where during all-night rehearsals, she engaged in inappropriate activities with a guy who sneaked in through the back. It became apparent that she was not as virtuous as I had believed.”

Nedu’s story serves as a cautionary tale, highlighting the importance of being discerning and not rushing into judgments based solely on someone’s association with a religious organization or their appearance.

When asked if only choir girls should be feared, he responded with a wry smile, “Brothers are often the worst culprits themselves.”
