The event aimed to present the youths with the realities of road traffic crashes and to sensitize them on accident prevention mechanisms, using youth-friendly approaches.

Also, the event aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 11, which seeks to make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable.

He said, “We often underestimate the impact of our driving behaviour. Let’s be accountable and work together to prevent accidents.”

The road safety initiatives spearheaded by Femi Adebayo and other celebrities are expected to include public service campaigns, educational workshops, and community engagement events.

The FRSC Lagos Sector Command hopes that this collaboration will mark a significant stride towards creating a culture of vigilance, adherence to traffic rules, and accident prevention.
