Former IGP Arase And Buhari
The new chairman of the Police Service Commission, Solomon Arase (ret. ), a former Inspector-General of Police, was sworn in by the president, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (ret.), on Wednesday morning.
Just before the Federal Executive Council meeting in Abuja’s State House, Arase took the oath of office there.
He took the oath in front of other members of the FEC as well as President Buhari, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, SGF Boss Mustapha, and Chief of Staff to the President, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari.
