The controversial Nigerian music artiste Habeeb Okikiola, known professionally as Portable said that fake love full Nigeria music industry.
Portable said this on a video shared on his social media platforms on Friday.
He said, “Inside this life, I do music for living (Ori no mofi garu)”.
“Music is business, you don’t understand me (Ninu Ariwo Lowo wa) fight for your right before Dem give you. This life na competition, this life na war”.
He added, “you understand o need lati faja, wetin me I don see for this music industry”.
“Fake love full music industry, Dem wan use your body for ladder and don’t want to break the ladder because many people wan use the ladder”.
“Wetin me I don see for music industry if na you, you go don do Yahoo, watijale, watipokunso. Dem do juju for me one on one, Dem spoil my car I still be musician and I dey make am”.
He lamented as some in the industry want to kill him, they even spoiled his car but he maintain to be a musician. he also said to be a musician in this Nigeria music industry you have to be bold and ready to tolerate many things.
