From Abandonment To Advancement: What A Visionary Leader!

The commissioning of the Medical Diagnostic Centre during the 29th convocation ceremony means a lot to me. Back in my student days, I advocated for improvements like this, and now, under Dr. Abdul Jimoh Muhammed’s leadership, it’s gratifying to see this project come to life.

Turning an old guest chalet into a cutting-edge Medical Diagnostic Centre showcases Dr. Muhammed’s vision for student well-being. This not only revitalized healthcare but also smartly led to a Doctors’ Lodge, understanding the link between a healthy community and academic success.

Beyond strengthening healthcare, this transformation ensures we have skilled professionals catering to the medical needs of students and staff. The appreciation from both students and staff, affectionately calling him the “projects’ rector,” speaks volumes about the positive impact of Dr. Muhammed’s initiatives.

The collaborative effort to boost the Medical Centre’s revenue, leading to the Diagnostic Centre’s commissioning during the 28th Convocation Ceremony, reflects the administration’s dedication to progress.

Acknowledging the role of Governor Abdulrahman AbdulRasaq is crucial. His unwavering support has been instrumental in realizing these initiatives, emphasizing a shared commitment to comprehensive development.

The synergy between visionary leadership at both state and institutional levels has prioritized the well-being of the Kwara State Polytechnic community.

As we applaud the strides under Dr. Muhammed’s leadership, it’s clear that Kwara State Polytechnic’s trajectory is shaped by a collective dedication to excellence. The transformative healthcare initiative, commissioned during the 29th convocation ceremony, not only signifies progress but is a reminder of the positive impact a healthy community has on academic achievement and societal advancement.

Expressing appreciation today, 9th of February 2024 to Dr. Muhammed, I believe he’s one of the good leaders our country needs. Sir, keep doing good things; your leadership makes a difference.
