The Federal Government has resumed meetings in the Presidential Villa with leaders of organized labor organizations, including the Nigeria Labour Congress and Trade Union Congress, to discuss the current reduction of petrol subsidies.
The meeting, which ended in deadlock on Sunday, has been adjourned with the hope of reaching a conclusion today.
In a one-minute, 58-second video released on Twitter by one Dada Olusegun, union representatives were seen taking their seats and awaiting Federal Government representatives including the Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, and Adams Oshiomhole, among others.
