LAUTECH Student Who Went Missing Found Dead Hanging in a Bush
Tragic incident has occurred in Ogbomoso, Oyo State, where a 400-level student of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH). Victim named Oluwatobi Ogunmola, was found dead hanging in a bush after he was reported missing a few days ago.
Ogunmola was a student of the Physics Department of the university and also worked as a mobile phone technician.

Ogunmola also worked as solar system consultant.
His death has shocked his friends and family who described him as a calm and reserved person.
One of his Facebook friends, Adeleke Ayoade, wrote a condolence message on his page, saying, “In times like this, we sympathise with the family of Ogunmola Taiwo on the death of their son, who was found dead.
The death came as a shock to everyone especially the people of Gambari in Ogbomoso. Very calm and reserved brother.
We pray God to console the family and rest the soul of the deceased.”
The Public Relations Officer of LAUTECH, Lekan Fabiyi, said he could not comment on the matter until the victim’s studentship was verified.
The state Police Public Relations Officer, Adewale Osifeso, said the case was not reported to any of their divisions.
The President of the LAUTECH Students Union Government, Anuoluwapo Adeboye, expressed his sadness over the incident and called for improved security in the school and its host community.
