May 11: If elected, I’ll Pay Every Delta Youth N30,000 Each Month– SDP Guber Candidat

The governorship candidate of Social Democratic Party (SDP), Chief Kenneth Gbagi, in Delta State, has promised to restore the shuttered Asaba textile and to be paying each youth #30, 000 every month   if he wins on Saturday.

Gbagi made the pledge on Saturday while speaking at a gathering in the city of Asaba that was attended by pastors from various churches and women’s organizations.

He promised, “Within a year of becoming office, we will take the Asaba textile mill and put it back in operation. We’ll produce a variety of fabric types for apparel. The apparel materials will be exported to other nations.

Gbagi stated that he would revive the textile company, hire young people, and keep it operating. He claimed that this action would help Asaba’s economy and increase the state government’s internal revenue.

The SDP gubernatorial candidate went on to say that his administration would turn a portion of the Isoko lands into a rice-growing region and abolish tuition fees for all levels of education in Delta State, from primary to university.

He bemoaned the plight of the state’s public schools at the moment.

which he deemed to be quite pitiful.

“We’ll update our educational system. After doing that, I won’t permit the children of our government leaders to attend schools abroad. Nobody will have to travel abroad for medical care outside of this state thanks to the development of our facilities, he pledged.

Moreover, Gbagi promised to start paying each Delta youth N30,000 per month on June 1, 2023. promising to computerize all of the state’s youth and create a database of them.

He cautioned the young people not to fall for anyone’s empty promises in the same sentence. Gbagi has the answer to the problems facing Delta state.

Also, he promised to treat everyone fairly.

“God will embarrass me when I take over and I do what they have done. I am not running for office, Kenneth Gbagi. The wellbeing of the residents of Delta state is at stake. We need to save Delta State and turn it into a model state.
