The Nigeria Labour Congress President, Mr Joe Ajaero said No Kobo Was saved from subsidy removal during protest.
Mr Ajaero say this while addressing the media during the Union protest in Abuja on Wednesday.
He was asked that, “The FG says they save almost N1 trillion in two months and such funds will be use for Nigerian” And said “what committee said was lie the committee we’re working with committee which headed by Femi gbajabiamila and the secretary of the committee, the director of budget says no Kobo was saved and the accountant said they’ve saved 1 trillion naira, so because of that what they says they will become again, do I agree on anyone Kobo to be given to anybody, so that’s kind of conflict we’re having so who’s lieing?
Also asked, “Mr president also said that the subsidy was removed because it’s was favoring few so called ‘elites’ to the outcome. He answered “No Mr. President can’t say that Mr president had to be a man of courage so who are those that Mr president can’t invite.”
