Portable Buys New Benz After Crashing Gifted Car
The Nigerian singer Portable, who is known for his controversial songs and lifestyle, has bought a new Mercedes Benz and showed it off on his Instagram page.
The artist, who calls himself the “IKA OF AFRICA”, posted a picture of himself posing with the luxury car and wrote: “One door closed three more opened. Na my money I carry buy this one oooo!!! Big God don do am again.. opelope Olorun ota oba yo mi, ori loyo mi… tony motana ika ton lo benz. IKA OF AFRICA Akoi Grace Wey No Dey Disgrace.”
Portable’s new purchase comes after he was involved in a car crash last month, when he wrecked a vehicle that was given to him by Unique Motors, a car dealership company.
The singer accused the company of not replacing the damaged car and threatened to expose them for their alleged shady dealings.
He also claimed that he was not at fault for the accident and that he was being framed by his enemies.
Portable’s fans and followers congratulated him on his new car and praised him for his success.
However, some critics and haters questioned the source of his money and accused him of being a fraudster and a drug dealer.
