SHOCKING! Mother of Three Runs Naked Into Death After Husband Abandons Them
A tragic incident occurred in Enugu state last weekend, when a mother of three young children took her own life in a horrific manner.
The woman, whose name is yet to be revealed, reportedly stripped off her clothes and ran into a speeding vehicle in front of Ogui Police Station, Enugu. She died on the spot, leaving behind her three children who were abandoned at the police station.
Sources say that the woman was depressed after her husband left her and their children due to financial problems. The eldest child, who is barely seven years old, said that their father “got lost” and never came back.
The police are still trying to trace the identity and whereabouts of the husband, as well as the relatives of the deceased woman.
In a surprising twist, the wife of Enugu State governor, Mrs Nkechinyere Mbah, has offered to adopt the three orphaned children and sponsor their education from nursery to university level.
Mrs Mbah visited the Ogui Police Station on Tuesday and expressed her sympathy and compassion for the children. She said that she was moved by their plight and decided to take them under her care.
She also urged the public to be more supportive and understanding of people who are going through mental health challenges, and to seek professional help when needed.
