Terrorists Strike Again In Kaduna, Kill 15 And Kidnap 32

A group of terrorists, suspected to be Fulani herdsmen, attacked a village in Southern Kaduna on Friday morning, leaving 15 people dead and 32 others abducted.

The attack took place in Dogon Nama village, Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State, around 7 a.m. The terrorists, who were reportedly speaking Fulani language, stormed the village on motorcycles and opened fire on the residents.

According to a witness, the terrorists also set houses ablaze and chased down the villagers who tried to escape. Some of the villagers sustained injuries from gunshots and were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment.

The motive behind the attack is not yet clear, but Kaduna State has been plagued by periodic violence between different ethnic and religious groups. The state government has imposed curfews and deployed security forces to restore peace and order in the affected areas.

The attack on Dogon Nama village is the latest in a series of terrorist incidents in Nigeria, which has been struggling to contain the insurgency of Boko Haram and Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) in the North-East region.

The terrorists have also expanded their operations to other parts of the country, targeting civilians, security personnel, and government facilities.
