Two Men Drowned While Swimming In Ogun River
Two Lagos men drowned in Ogun river on Monday.
They came for a church programme in Onikoko.
A church member reported the incident to the police around 6:30 pm.
He said seven boys left the church to swim and two of them died.
The victims were Femi Akinola, 32, and Tunde Falade, 35, from Lagos.
A doctor confirmed their death at a health centre in Itori.
The police found no signs of violence or foul play.
They took the bodies to Ifo General Hospital for autopsy.
